Main Material Recycled Content

Recycled content can help protect our natural resources as well as assist in avoiding landfill and ocean pollution, so we evaluate and reward products that include it in their main materials.

Biodegradable

Biodegradable products are a key component in sustainability, they help avoid long term landfill, the rise of plant based materials combine usability with nature, for a cleaner & greener environment.

Compostable

Compostable products fall in to 2 tiers, low heat at home and high heat industrial, we reward both but aim for low heat which allows products to safely return to nature while reducing landfill.

Packaging

How we pack our goods is half the battle, we recognise products that come in recycled and easily recyclable packaging, another place to help cut out unnecessary plastic.
