Lime Sustainable Supplies had the incredible opportunity to exhibit at The Cleaning Show 2025 in London, and what an amazing three days it was! From engaging conversations to inspiring sustainability discussions, we are truly grateful for the experience and the chance to showcase our eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
As we reflect on this successful event, we remain dedicated to fostering partnerships and initiatives that promote a cleaner, greener future. Together, we can drive the transformation toward sustainable practices in the cleaning sector.
Our stand was a hub of excitement throughout the event, as we welcomed visitors eager to learn more about sustainable cleaning practices. We had the pleasure of meeting industry leaders, forward-thinking businesses, and passionate individuals all looking to make a difference in the cleaning sector.
The energy and enthusiasm we experienced reinforced our mission to drive positive environmental change through our range of eco-friendly and sustainable cleaning supplies. These interactions allowed us to exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and explore collaborative opportunities aimed at promoting environmentally responsible cleaning practices. The enthusiasm and commitment to sustainability demonstrated by attendees were truly inspiring and reinforced our dedication to driving positive change within the industry.
At the cleaning show, we highlighted several key initiatives that underscore our commitment to sustainability:
Transparent Supply Chain: We provided insights into our audited supply chain, emphasising our efforts to combat greenwashing by offering products with clear, independently verified eco-credentials. Our three-tiered eco-rating system, represented by leaf icons, helps customers make informed purchasing decisions aligned with their environmental goals.
Tree Planting Scheme: We shared details about our tree planting initiative, through which we plant a tree for every sustainable order placed. This program has resulted in the planting of over 7,700 trees so far, contributing to reforestation efforts and biodiversity enhancement. ​
Carbon Offsetting Projects: We discussed our involvement in various carbon offset projects that have collectively saved approximately 275,317 kilograms of CO2 so far. These projects support global efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and combat climate change. ​
Science-Based Purchasing Data: We demonstrated how our platform empowers customers to make sustainable choices by providing comprehensive, science-based data on product lifecycles and environmental impacts. This transparency enables businesses to align their procurement strategies with sustainability objectives effectively. ​
Comprehensive ESG Reporting: We showcased our Environmental, Social, and Governance reporting capabilities, which offer clients detailed insights into their purchasing patterns, carbon savings, and progress toward sustainability targets. This feature aids organisations in tracking and enhancing their environmental performance.
The excitement didn’t end with the exhibition! We were honored to attend the Sustainability Awards in the evening, celebrating the achievements of businesses driving sustainable change. A huge highlight of the night was receiving the CSSA Innovation Showcase Award 2025 – a moment of immense pride for our team! Winning this award is a testament to our ongoing commitment to innovation and sustainability in the cleaning industry.
